Go karts were fast and fun but my go kart cut out multiple times and I missed the end of my final race. Very frustrating experience. When I complained I was accused of lying. To accuse me of lying when it is probably on cctv is extremely disrespectful. The compensation offered did not even cover the cost of the race that was disrupted and cut short. Lee and Bobbie need to reassess how they deal with these kind of situations because as a customer I don't feel I received the service I paid for and I have also been called a lier.

Track had been recently relayed so there was no way that you could get any grip down whatsoever as you just slid around, I understand that this will become less of a problem with time. They also messed up the timings with our heats somehow and the karts were very hit or miss whether they would actually accelerate and handle well or not. The staff were nice though

Do not waste your money - absolute shambles!!! We booked the grand prix experience and some of the cars span completely out of control with no traction. When I told the staff members that I didn't want to go back in one of them because it felt unsafe, I was told I either get back in it or I have to miss out the race, despite the fact there were countless other cars available that I could have used instead! They then missed out two of our races and forcefully denied doing it. When we finally convinced them of their mistake (after at least 20 minutes) they took ages to organise the races they missed, wasting everyone's time and being rude whilst doing it. And as the cherry on top, all of the leaderboards and scoring was wrong, so there was no point racing in the first place! Please go anywhere else instead, we are owed our money back.
