Race instructors too keen to give people a telling off rather than help them out. I think overall we had 3mins of racing / 3 hot laps. Not to mention they sent out everyone at the same time the second time which caused really dangerous bunching together and ruined the experience.

Had a lovely time! We booked for quite a large group (20+) and they were very accommodating with providing paper plates for the birthday cake and putting on a bit of event for the ceremony afterwards. Monica and Kade were really friendly and made the ceremony a lot of fun. And then Monica and Yasmin in reception were really helpful with the admin side of things. If you're running late, give them a call and they'll give you a time where you absolutely have to be there. One car group missed that secondary time limit by 3 minutes and weren't allowed on the track, even though it was the birthday event of one of the people in that last car group. Bit of a shame, especially since it was due to heavy traffic on the day and out of our control. Nothing against the front of house staff, that seemed like a call from management. Despite that, everything was safe, relaxed, and a lot of fun!

Excellent customer service! We've booked an unorganized racing for our Bossman's birthday, the sweet lady at the desk was very informative and patient with us. Her sense of humor was another wonderful cherry on top, she gave our Boss a pink balaclava after he asked for a black one, because it made us all happy 😂 There's two areas where you can spectate the race,the one upstairs has a seating/drinking/eating area. You can sit right by the tracks but bring some earplugs, the racing can get very loud! Our racing group left very happy and very sweaty, we had way more fun than we all expected!

We attended the teamsport Watford location yesterday for 14:15 and 14:45 ride. My youngest was in kart nr39. The dangerous situation started 10min into the race. Kart nr 37 rammed full speed into my sons side in the second turn on the top floor. It was a loud bang and I was shocked no marshal picked on it to black flag kart 37. One round later the identical happened again. Full speed side impact. My sons kart can be seen moving sideways to the tyre wall. Shocking. And again no Marshall took action. I ran to the pits where the Marshalls we messing about with the next group so NO MARSHALL at all was monitoring the top floor. I shared what happened and finally a Marshall ran out. They went to the wrong kart initially and I had to tell them again the problem was driver of kart 37. This is a serious HEALTH AND SAFETY BREACH! Shame on you teamsport. When my son came off he had a swollen knie from hitting a ‘ metal Bar’,as he said. He refused to get in the second heat because he said he was scared to go back. We informed a employee there who just said sorry. The Marshall never came over to talk to him or tell him the other person will be dealt with again and he had nothing to fear. Nothing. Upon returning home he said he had pain in his neck. How dare you teamsport be no negligent with the upper floor not having Marshalls overseeing the track and not ensuring everyone drives as safe as possible. You should be stripped of your operating licence for this!
