Heard many complaints about them cutting off part of the track for combat karts, but I'd never been before so I couldn't compare. The new electric Sodi fleet have swayed my views on electric karts. They were absolutely brilliant. The new track was ace too. Those karts should be the new standard across all electric tracks!

Not a fan of the new track layout, they've cut a fair bit out for some sort of separate karting thing on the bottom and the course is now mostly just straights with a lot less corners, twists and turns. They've changed to electric karts too, it's weird not having all the engine noise all the time. Not bad or good, just weird.

Karting was great but disappointed we couldn't do the VR as apparently there was no trained staff in. So had to cut our visit shorter than expected

Hi, I often attend TeamSport Karting at Newcastle with my son (who is autistic) and who really looks forward to the whole Karting experience, however.. ..on our last 2 visits the camera’s have not worked correctly on one of the camera’s failing to capture the race and leaving Leo in particular heartbroken. Part of his behaviour due to the autism is that he loves to sit and watch the videos of the races over and over again so the video not working is a real big problem for us. Also, as I mentioned above this has happened on our last 2 visits which does not fill me with enough confidence to book another visit there, sadly. When it happened last week the guy we told (dark hair, wearing glasses) said he would ask IT if they could get the data from the camera and let me know via e-mail either way, whether they’d been able to achieve this or not - and since then I’ve heard nothing. It’s turning from being a great experience for me and my son to becoming a traumatic one for him so I’d be extremely nervous about returning off the back of these experiences. Kind Regards, Mick
