Been here with a couple of friends and our kids, great fun until a lady decided to not follow rules and go beyond and start yelling and make racist comments as “ In England we speak English “ … just because her way of having fun was to bump others and disregard safety and harm someone else’s child 🤨… had fun until that point… amazed that 2023 we still have people like this and that was her education to her children next to her when making those comments, well done to the staff that stopped her but I think a NEVER COME BACK would have given the lady a wake up on SAFETY AND RESPECT of others.

Two stars! We came twice within the space of one week. I first came with my work colleagues, a group of 12+ members. The experience of the gokarting was in fact fantastic, hence why I rebooked and came again within a few days. Both times, the only disappointing issue that led to my experience being poor is the hygiene of the overalls. At first, there was a foul smell which everyone agreed within the group that it wasn't clean, but we put it aside and enjoyed our time. I thought I'd give it another go, and came the second time, and the smell was in fact worse. We asked some individuals who were not with us (but within the same session) and they also agreed that the smell of the overalls were very poor and off putting. We assumed they were washed regularly but it seems that maybe they are washed not as often as we thought. Due to this, I had to give two stars. I asked to speak to the manager before leaving feedback on other platforms but she wasn't around on the day. I would like to come again, and bring my custom here, but unfortunately hygiene is a big thing not just for me but for everyone so I may have to miss coming here because of that reason.
