Program was perfect, wish u have your own app platform not using third party app. Overall was good just provide us details on scale movement on the workout detaill and not really rely by text directly to the coach. Normally coach can only reply 2 days after.

Currently on the TTP Olympic Weightlifting Strength Bias Program - exercise selection is varied and challenging. Squatting 4 times per week is exactly what I was needing and I feel more confident in my lifting after only 8 weeks. The coach has been able to answer any queries I’ve had, via private messaging on the True Coach app. They also responded to a feedback request almost instantly.

A great training program. I have followed for 3 months now and have really seen the improvements. It’s is well structured and is achievable and scalable for everyone no matter what stage you are at.
