Went in to have a look at a couple of bikes and found Paul really helpful and chatty and got a great trade in deal for my new Bonneville. Bike was delivered within 2 days too 👌 So another year gone and I went straight back to see Paul today to buy a Versys 1000. That just shows how good Team Roberts are as no hesitation in returning for another bike 👍

Tried to sell my bike to team roberts when it was coming to the end of its pcp. All seemed good at first was told they would buy it and would give top book for it. I was told it would be picked up that week and and somebody would contact me later that day. I was called later on by the director for some more details and told i would be called back in 5 minutes. Nobody rang so I called the next day and could tell they wernt really interested again i was told they will call me back. I called again the next day and was told they would call me back and again nothing. The same happened on the third day after they realised their underwriters wouldn't give what they offered. Definitely a case of over promising under delivering. Only seem interested when you are buying from them.
