best thing I have ever done I think. Everyone is so friendly,and the fitness is just right. Anyone who is thinking of doing a martial arts jujitsu is the way. Not only good for fitness but good for anger and stress and you feel like you achieve something every time you go. So yea would definitely recommend team Pedro sauer.
