We have had years of frustration with our internet. some devices are lucky they survived not being chucked out into the garden. It came to a conclusion when watching a film when the picture went to spooling at a crucial time in the film. it was at that moment that i decided I should call in Stuart from Team Partners. Within minutes he had identified what we had wrong on our system and explained it so well with his stories. It took a little while to sort us out but wow what a difference. For a while I have known that we needed something better than just the mobile phone we had due to the constant lack of signal within our property due to very old, thick walls. However, I was wary and nervous of using a VOIP system as I don’t know much about technology and what I had read previously had pretty much gone straight over my head. Chris was very helpful and patient as he answered all of my questions really clearly. He has got us a really good deal which is much cheaper than I initially thought it would be and a very easy to use phone. I can even call people off my computer which is rather a novelty!
