I visited these guys yesterday after getting a quote for a Thinkware F790 dash cam, front and back. My car is a new Countryman, fresh from the factory and I checked the reviews to make sure I was dealing with professionals and I wasn't disappointed. They quoted 90 mins for the install and they kept to it. No fuss, no mess and George took time out to show me all the features and didn't treat me like an idiot. I certainly recommend them.

I have been using Impulse for years now, and can recommend them without hesitation for all your in-car audio needs. Just had Alpine ‘R-Series’ speakers and amp fitted to my VW T6, to work with the aftermarket Kenwood headunit and the Alpine speakers already fitted to the front. Thanks to Team Impulse, my partner's mk6 Fiesta is crackle free! After not being able to figure out what was going wrong, we called Team Impulse last week to ask for some professional help. They advised to pop in so they could take a look and we drove over this afternoon. It's really easy to find and there's parking right outside. The guy we spoke to at the desk was welcoming and got a technician out to the car within minutes. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable; he had us explain the issue before getting the head tech out because he was stumped too. The head tech had a look and decided to try a different head unit, explaining what could be wrong with the one that was fitted. We took a drive down the road and back- problem solved! We had tried everything else but a different unit! There was absolutely no pressure to buy from them and, had we driven away there and then, we would have paid nothing for them to diagnose and solve the problem. They had a good selection of units to choose from so we picked up a new one and have come home to fit it. Highly recommend visiting Team Impulse 👌🏻

I needed a wiring harness for an aftermarket unit, they couldn't have been more helpful. I had looked online and was confused about the options. I visited Team Impulse and they explained clearly the options available and the differences I would experience from each one. Once I made up my mind they showed me how to fit it and checked it all worked correctly before I paid for it. Don't bother going online, visit here for expert help and assistance.

Complete rude bloke who answered the phone seem too have a attitude problem as soon as I came on the phone I asked why the price came too nearly £800 for fitting he said in a grumpy moody voice ‘I just told you’ attitude stinks certainly won’t be using this company.
