SCAM I wouldn’t recommend this agency as they are a scam. I was stressed out to pay for a DBS of £50 pounds, references etc. Then, I was told that everything was ok and that they would look for part-time jobs offer. I informed the days that I was available to work. But, I was ghosted and then contacted on the days that I wasn’t available or contacted at 7am in the morning to start an early shift without notice. Associate would inform me later on that they had issues with my references after everything was clear and confirmed from my side with the companies that I worked with. Associate will as well saying that he was sick in hospital being this the reason for the fact that the company didn’t contacted me for more than 3 weeks. I started the recruitment process mid January and received the DBS after 5/6 weeks. 3 months has passed and still they didn’t find me a part-time job and will not refund me the £50 that I paid. The problem here is that you only can receive a refund after working with the company for x10 working days. Plus the associate will ask you to send your passport and ID documentation throughout WhatsApp. Plus, although I told them that I will not be quitting my full time job. After x2 months they contacted my current employee again to ask when would be my last day at the company/resignation although I told them that that my employee wouldn’t be able to confirm this as I didn’t resigned. Was just looking for a par time job. Never saw any company with this lack of professionalism. Im going to the civil court to try to sort this out as I want my £50 pounds back. I have prove of everything and was advised by citizens advice and ACAS! Until now the company didn’t replied to my email and I will have to spend £50 pounds (£25 each) to send x2 letters to x2 addresses of the company: headquarters and subsidiary. Stay Way!
