Absolutely terrible. Impossible to get anything out of the website which sends you back and forth. They have no idea whatsoever about the difficulties of elderly people trying to access their website. Hells bells: if you're dealing with PENSIONERS....do you really imagine they're composed of internet-talented teenagers.? My wife is 93. ill in a home. couldn't fill in their awesome form. They have simply STOPPED HER PENSION. I am 90. have had a stroke. Totally sickened, after months of struggling with their paranoid security system. David Byron. Brittany France.

I'm trying to inform them of my father's passing away. Every step has been confusing, telephone help non-existent and the online process awful. I am very reluctant to send them my birth certificate when I don't even know whether any funds are payable! I have never posted a negative review like this and in this case I thought it would be negligent not to!

the raft of one-star reviews DOES NOT tally with my own experience - either of the website, or the staff I have spoken with. Have kept my records up to date, upgraded in line with inflation, provided a P60 - and when I had a specific query about how my final sum was reached they addressed my issues.

So glad it isn't just me- every on-line communication with this place in the last few years has been so stressful and time consuming. TOP TIP- don't bother with the web-site. It is a nightmare, always ring the number even if you have to wait a while when you get through the staff are very friendly, apologetic and helpful. Ask for documentation to be sent in the post too- it is far more efficient!

Waited in the queue for what seemed like forever then their system tried to tell me that I had only made a request for information in March when it was January! Sounds like they had taken 2 months to even start to look into my request! So many excuses for not doing what they should be doing. I do wonder why their advisers are STILL working from home! Maybe more might get done if they were in an office so they can communicate more efficiently and get their jobs done.

I have tried everything to get in touch today, I have had to change my password no less than 6 times! I still cannot login to my account. I have also tried calling 3 times. Each time, I hang on for an hour, without an answer. this is a terrible service. I'm hanging on one more time!

I have nothing but praise for the teachers pension unit. Calling from 4000 miles away they couldn't have been more helpful when I first started dealing with them in 2018. I wish the regular O.A.Pensions were as easy to contact and deal with.

The pensions website is a joke, it does not work, you can contact as many times as you like and they do nothing to assist
