I recently contacted Tim regarding a replacement socket for a job he did 7 years ago for me. His response was almost instant and he directed me to the exact replacement. The job he did 7 years ago was also excellent. I wanted Virgin cable installed via a trench into my basement and a network installed in my property. The network worked fine, but what was excellent was his service. I am a landlord in Edinburgh, and the property was in London, so his ability to project manage was very important to me. His communication of the project's progress through detailed reports, photos and updates was fantastic throughout.

I have used Tea London Ltd to complete a project in my residential home and also to setup equipment in a new office for a commercial business. The project at my home was a full installation in a completely renovated house. Tim was extremely professional and his service from start to finish was exceptional. He took me and my wife through an thorough introduction of what is possible whilst gathering our requirements (all face to face). A scheme was then designed and implemented in line with the renovation timescales. A similar process was followed for a small business that I own and we couldn't have launched the business without Tim's support on a technology front. I can summarise that Tim has a mountain of knowledge, is very fair with pricing, provides a massive amount of support and is ultra-reliable. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Tea London Ltd.

Tim did a great job and although this was over 1.5 years ago Tim has always been on hand to resolve any glitches we might be experiencing and give advice either in person or on the phone. The professionalism and dedication to quality in both the hard installation and the system development was second to none. This was five years ago and since then Tim has provided excellent help and support to the system always responding to requests in less than half an hour and providing either remote or attendance servicing. It was apparent within 5 minutes of first speaking with Tim that he really knew his onions - and that he was able to translate deep technical insight into simple, practical and efficient solutions. Rarely is it the case with tech, but truly with Tim it will indeed “just work” if he says it will - and if he says it won’t, then he will come up with something better to do the job. You can’t go wrong; I have nothing but praise. I think this is the first time I have felt moved to leave a review about anything.
