    Went to Tea and toe’s reflexology for my first ever reflexology experience because I was suffering with what I believed to be tennis elbow, it was so painful to the point it made it hard to sleep and I had no strength to grip with that arm. I can honestly say I’m amazed after just one reflexology session with Deborah that my arm is a million times better, I can use it again and I slept amazingly last night too. It was so relaxing and Deborah definitely has healing hands so I highly recommend her thank you 🙏 I will be booking more sessions as it was an awesome experience.

    Deborah has healing hands! I have suffered for such a long time with numerous ailments, including an autoimmune disease, gynaecological problems, and insomnia. Since having treatments weekly for the last 4 weeks, I am overwhelmed with the changes I’ve felt - I’ve had more energy, better sleep, less pain and a general sense of harmony and well being. In fact, after each session I have felt completely invincible (before sleeping better than I have done in a long time)! Since then I have visited Deb for many reasons, including that of well being. I’ve been pleasantly surprised, and fascinated, to learn and experience how reflexology can positively affect all areas of your body and mind, helped of course by the fact that Deb is not only extremely good at what she does but is also a particularly lovely lady who makes you feel welcome and relaxed, which certainly for me is part of the whole experience.     I started going to Tea and Toes to help with anxiety and depression at a really difficult time in my life. She has magic hands! The sessions with Deb left me in a state of calm and feeling less stressed and anxious. I went every week for a number of months and it was a real life line. I feel so much better now but still go intermittently if I feel stress or anxiety building up and it's a valuable reset. It has particularly helped ease my tinnitus which comes on when I'm stressed or tired. I never knew the power of reflexology and I'm so so glad I gave it a go.     Debbie and I met in 2019 when she practised reproductive reflexology on me whilst I was trying to conceive my first baby. She was recommended to me by a friend and upon meeting her at my consultation I knew why. Debbie was warm and friendly and made me feel so at ease. She never promised anything and was realistic about my treatment and I trusted her completely. Debbie really knows her stuff and the reflexology itself was relaxing and calming and I looked forward to my weekly sessions with her. With reproductive reflexology there was a lot of things I needed to do at home to ensure my hormone levels were correct and Debbie gave me all the information on this and even tracked my temperature apps. Nothing was ever too much to ask and she was always at the end of a text if I needed to ask any questions or needed reassurance. Debbie actually became a really lovely friend during my treatment. After a few months I fell pregnant with my first baby and Debbie continued my reflexology for the first 12 weeks of my pregnancy. I cannot recommend Debbie enough and have done to several people. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would urge anyone thinking of trying reproductive reflexology to do so with Debbie.
