Great Customer Support - I ordered a customised goalkeeper shirt and was contacted by the Sales Team to advise on the various options for my bespoke design. I first enquired with TE Sportswear about some custom shirts for our cricket tour back in 2020, instantly they were very helpful, prompt with quotes and had fantastic communication. Unfortunately due to extended COVID restrictions our cricket tour was postponed to 2022, and when I got back in touch the team at TE still had our designs, colour choices and requirements to hand and provided me with an updated quote in no time at all. They have kept me updated throughout the order process and have double checked small details with me to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The sales team are extremely helpful and friendly, and to top it all off - the shirts look amazing!!! We went for a sublimated shirt which meant TE could meet our exact design specifications without any dodgy iron on logos/wording that would likely fall off after some time. We are so pleased with the final result and have paid an extremely reasonable price considering the design, production, postage and customer service - we have to pay far more from other brands and manufacturers for our playing kit which consists of just our logo on a standard piece of clothing. I highly recommend any sports club or team to use TE sportswear if they want a truly unique and high quality end product - thanks again to the team for all their help and effort!
