From the moment I entered 77 Harley Street and met the team at TDC I was treated with kindness and respect. I never once felt embarrassed or ashamed. Living with horrible teeth makes you so self conscious and I can honestly say that dissipated the moment I met Eial and the TDC team. Eial my dentist made me feel so relaxed and explained all my options in a very detailed and informative way. I decided the best option for me would be the All on Four procedure and although initially it sounded scary Eial explained the whole process to me in an easy to understand way. There was plenty of time for questions and I never felt rushed. However understandably when I got home I kept thinking of other questions, this wasn’t a problem at all because Leah my lovely treatment coordinator answered every single question no matter how trivial they seemed to me. The day of the procedure I was treated with so much kindness. When you read there is no pain you don’t believe it but honestly it’s true even afterwards other than the prescribed antibiotics, I literally only took paracetamol and ibuprofen and this was only precautionary not because I was in discomfort. On the day of the procedure I had my temporary set fitted which looked amazing so much so when we discussed the look of my permanent set I said I wanted them to look just like the temporary ones. 5 months on I’ve now had my permanent set fitted. I couldn’t be more delighted they are so natural looking. I’ve got the smile I’ve always dreamt of having. Thank you to every single member of staff. Eial my incredible dentist who is the kindest caring man. Michael the unsung hero who does all the surgery he explained everything so informatively and was so compassionate. The anaesthetist who answered all my questions. Leah who was always on the end of a telephone to calm my nerves and special thanks to the sweetest dental nurse who was so so kind to me. Tried to get an appointment. Goes through to a call centre. Have to wait for someone to ring you back. Took four days then even longer for an appointment. No matter how many times you ring, the people answering the phone are only able to take messages. Have gone to a far better dentist and happier.

Went some time ago for a consultation. Appointment was straight forward, no warmth. Asked if I could go down the financial route. When I received my consultation letter it said I had to pay for the treatment upfront even though I have a 997 credit rating. I guess image is everything and their not fans of baggy jeans and jumpers. Can't say much about actual treatment but never felt my custom was wanted. Was accepted for credit and treatment somewhere else. P.s they quoted me £5,000 for an implant and £2,000 for bone graft. I got an implant for £2000 and bone graft for £300 (three hundred!). Pays to shop around.

If you have bone loss and told you need a bone graft - do visit TDC Implants - this is my story Over the years I had lost all my back teeth due to infection and bone loss and my front teeth were spreading and getting looser. I visited my dentist about the possibility of dental implants. After having a CT scan my dentist informed me that I did not have enough bone for their “teeth in a day” implants. My only option was to have a bone graft which would take between 3 and 6 months (and I would not be guaranteed success). I would need to wear removable dentures during this time and also if the graft did not take. I really did not want to take this route but was worried about my options were limited. They then mentioned zygomatic implants which are specialised implants which avoid the need for bone graft and that TDC Implants Centre are the specialists in this field and they would happily refer me for an initial assessment. Prior to my assessment TDC sent me an information pack which listed the cost of zygomatic implants and their regular implants. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was what I would have expected to pay anywhere in the South East/London area. Imagine my surprise when I received their treatment plan explaining not only was I a suitable candidate but that I did not need zygomatic implants. Due to the expertise of their team, I would be a candidate for their regular implants. I am now two weeks post implant surgery and am extremely happy with my new smile. Not only do my teeth look fabulous but totally natural. Both surgery and recovery were totally painless and my whole experience with the TDC team has been extremely pleasant. I would definitely recommend TDC for all aspects of dental work but especially if you have issues with bone loss. The cost of my TDC Implants has worked out quite a bit cheaper than if I was to get bone graft followed by implants and a lot quicker!

I was an extremely nervous dental patient who had allowed (due to fear and neglect) the crooked unsightly teeth I had always hated to become difficult to live with. When I found the courage to consider having work done, my research options included going abroad for treatment. When I met the team at TDC in Harley Street, I knew straight away I was in the right hands. Everything about what for me was a potentially traumatic experience was made extremely comfortable and pleasant, dare I even say enjoyable! I cannot thank Anthony, Michael & the team at TDC enough for looking after me so well. I am one very happy, smiley customer who cannot recommend TDC highly enough. It has been the best decision I have ever made, I am delighted with my new teeth and the new confidence it has given me.

Discerning Customer in Central London
AVOID AVOID AVOID Carried out treatment without first doing an oral inspection and with no X-ray. Charged an excessive amount and promised me results that did not materialise. Problem persists and I’m now having to seek help elsewhere.
