Avoid...very unprofessional.... nothing but lies We purchased a vehicle from TCH leasing, We were promised the V5 would follow, A month on and over 10 phone calls later, we still had not received the documents, We rang the DVLA as we were advised that they had applied for a replacement V5, to our horror the DVLA had not received any application whatsoever, They had fed us a pack of lies. Staff were in no way apologetic and basically didn't care (even though they were completely in the wrong). They sold the car to us under false pretenses. It was also false advertising as it was offered for sale with the V5 to follow within a week.
