I have been a tenant at my current address for 15 years, during which time Geoff and Sam from TCC Plumbing Heating and Gas, have been my yearly gas certificate/maintenance guys ( chosen by my landlord, who I would imagine, prefers to pay only once and get the job done properly ). Many years ago, they changed my outdated and worn out upstairs boiler, to a brilliant new one downstairs in the kitchen ( not an easy job, with all the pipework and drilling involved) and have maintained it ever since. They have always been polite, punctual and extremely efficient with their work - clearing up any mess they may have made whilst on the job. They have been today, for our yearly boiler date, insisted on wearing masks and kept their distance from me. They arrived on time, after first calling me to remind me of the appointment, got the job done quickly, and were professional yet approachable throughout. I know I have not personally contracted them, but would definitely do so, without any hesitation, should I ever need their services, and totally recommend them to anyone wanting a job well done.
