    Fantastic service, good communication. Nothing is too much trouble. Dealt with Shane Catterick throughout my purchase of a second hand Chausson motorhome. Went above and beyond with customer service. Very happy with my purchase. Update: Immensely impressed with TC Motorhomes, Herne Bay. Fixed some minor niggles on my Chausson 640 TP and replaced a broken rear indicator light (the result of a lamppost jumping out at me oops) all within half an hour on Tuesday. When I asked to pay for the light, I was told it was their pleasure to help and there was no charge. I cannot fault this dealership since I bought my secondhand motorhome from them before Xmas. Shane Catterick and the team have been awesome - friendly, helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Cannot recommend them enough.

    We met Shane from TC at the NEC very late on the last day! Having looked at lots of motorhomes, we knew the layout of MH we wanted and then we wandered onto the Chausson stand. Shane was very patient with us and answered all our questions and we decided to say yes to our lovely new home on wheels. During our wait for delivery, Shane was readily available to answer our questions and always very helpful. We collected our stunning MH last weekend, travelling for 4 hours to collect her! Shane and the TC Team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Lots of tea, coffee and even water for our doggy! We stayed locally to 'test' out everything and, that day our questions were answered really well. We had to return to TC the next day (I broke something, lol!) Again, everyone was very helpful. A great experience. Highly recommended by us and well worth the travel to a beautiful part of the Uk. Many thanks Sarah & John
