Having felt somewhat trepidatious about the whole process of wedding dress shopping I am so glad I went to The Harrogate Wedding Lounge yesterday. I had a lovely, un-rushed appointment with Jeanette. Having taken on board all my ideas and noting what I did not want, she skilfully guided me through HWL’s extraordinary selection of designers and styles. She then helped me to try on a selection of dresses, including those I would not have considered for myself. This exercise really helped me to appreciate what suited me and my wedding. She has been entirely clear and honest about the process from here onwards and I cannot thank her enough.

A truly fantastic first 'try-on' experience. Jen took fantastic care of me and my wedding party throughout the appointment. She supported me when exploring dress options and was able to make some fantastic suggestions on the spot using her expertise. I'm so thrilled with my experience choosing a wedding dress at the Harrogate Wedding Lounge. What could have been a quite over-whelming experience was made so relaxed and calming by the lovely Leanne. She listened to what I thought I might want and helped me pick out some gorgeous dresses to try on. I had a couple of fairly sensitive requests which she dealt with empathetically and with such kindness. It was my first time trying on any dresses and I didn't think I'd find anything to suit my short, curvy silhouette but I couldn't have been more wrong. Thank you so much to Leanne for making it a truly wonderful experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the HWL to others!
