Omg the staff are so rude!! There is no need to be so condescending and judgemental- both Nadia and Jigna should be retrained on how to speak to customers. Honestly I have never been spoken to like that when looking to give a company my custom. I'm still shocked I had to come and write a review! Not surprised others have said the same, maybe management should have a read and think about making some changes as they are definitely losing customers. Disgusting manners and appalling service

Chosen a tile after number of visits and paid for it . The sales person told us that is the best selling tile and they always have them in stock and that tile keeps coming and we are always having it in stock. I could not pick the tiles as it was over 4:30 pm and thire storage were only working up to 4:30. I had to come another day. I took slip to the storage, however the storage told me they don’t have it. I was very upset as my builders were waiting. I asked for the manager, however a man appered to be manager and he simply said. He can’t do anything and I have to choose another tile. Please make sure you don’t waist your time looking at this showroom. They made it beautiful to cheat and brain wash customers. Very bad behaviour manager. Very rude. I have even recorded the conversation via video recording.

We ordered tiles from this shop two months ago. Great promises were made by a great sales person Jigna who later decided to ignore all calls as tiles were severely delayed. And finally wrong tiles delivered. The shop has fabulous collection of tiles but don’t be fooled as service will wear you down!

The tiles are fine but the customer service is terrible. Don't you dare go a day past the 30 day returns policy, even if you have to delay the tiler because of covid or if you have to wait for a plumbing problem to be fixed. I was encouraged to buy extra and now have about £100-worth of tiles they won't refund me for. We will probably have more tiling to do in other refurb projects in our house but I won't setting foot in this place again
