TBH carried out a homebuyers survey for us. Really efficient service, along with kind and friendly staff. We would recommend this service to any first-time buyers out there. Our house sale had several complications along the way and Danny (the surveyor) offered helpful advice even after our report had been issued. Danny offers very competitive prices, along with clear and concise detail on the sort of survey we required. I always felt I was getting the services I needed, without being pressured to folk out for unnecessary add-ons. If I could give more than 5 stars for this service, I would.

I was sceptical to use this company originally purely because I use Google reviews to determine my choices but can honestly say I have nothing but exceptional service from Danny! What I liked about him was the fact that he replied to me so fast and gave me excellent advice throughout. This company will make sure you get what you need rather than trying to make money and sell you a more expensive service. Danny was also aware that I'm due to complete soon and this was a last minute service. He slotted my survey in even though he has other jobs on. I know I have asked him some silly questions as I have never done this before but he was very professional and also made everything super easy to understand. I literally can't rate him enough from start to finish I have been extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
