    I was involved in a collision on the M25 when an articulated lorry moved into my lane without seeing me and caused significant damage to the rear door, wing, bumper and wheel of my brand new Toyota Yaris. My insurance company (Yoga insurance- not recommended, awful experience) eventually referred me to TB Flex for the repairs. My car was collected from home and I was given a brand new Dacia as the courtesy car. My repair took less than two weeks and my car was delivered back to me at work and looking like new again. All new panels, looking perfect. It had been washed and valeted too. The whole booking experience was easy and they were very polite and helpful.     My car was collected on Monday and I've just had it back today. It is gleaming. Not only did they repair the dent and respray, they cleaned my car too. I've had no issues and contact via WhatsApp was answered quickly and efficiently by Emma. The chap who dropped my car off was very pleasant.     Not the best service , had car body work done last Aug 2022 , was given a courtesy car this had have eaten packet of crisps and empty can of coke on the front passenger seat , I had not been clean inside or out for sometime as dirt , not happy as we still had a lot of covid around , after the body work they need to re apply a body protection that I had on the car Guard X . This took 8 months for them to complete with countless emails text messages . in the end the insurance company asked if this had every been done I emailed back with a few choice words on customer service and the next day they came and collect my car all it is now all done but this took over 8 months Service: Body & Trim

    Respray following vandalism. The respraying is excellent with vehicle looking as new. Very pleased . However admin and providing information re progress was sadly not up to the standard of the repair work, but this apart would strongly recommend

    I had a minor accident with my Audi A6 Ultra, front bumper and side panel and that was in France over the Christmas holiday with my family. My insurance suggested TB Flex. After coming back to UK 🇬🇧 at the end of January I’ve booked body repair with a Lovely lady called Rita and she help me with everything.I pick up a nearly brand new Renault Captur as a replacement vehicle, 4 days later they called me to pick up my Audi A6. I was very surprised with the job, my car looks amazing 🤩 i am very happy with the repair. BRAND NEW PARTS!! Very friendly and humble people. Thank you ☺️ Guys
