    Ordered cake 3 weeks in advance and still was not ready on time, agreed to pick it up at 11am and was only ready after 4pm. Caramel was burned and so much caramel on it that was leaking through the box. However the manager apologized and gave me a discount.

    I was told that pastries were £1 each during selection, but I was charged £5.50 during payment for 3 small pastries. This was fine, probably just a miscommunication due to mediocre service staff. But the quality of the pastries was nothing special and I felt like I hadn't gotten my money's worth. The price does get alot better if you buy more than 1 kg worth of one pastry, but I cannot reccomend this if you are looking for quick, high quality pastries during a day out. Either the price needs to be decreased or the quality needs to improve.
