We were first time buyers and were recommended Tayntons by our mortgage broker and some friends who had used them in the past and they were absolutely amazing. We had an extremely stressful experience purchasing our home and completed the day before our mortgage offer expired due to delays caused further down the chain, but I truly don't think it would have happened at all had it not been for Claire, Yas and Amie all come together to push in those final moments. Claire and Haz were our main contact for the majority of the process, and they both provided us with excellent service. Claire answered all our questions quickly, with easy to understand explanations. In extremely difficult circumstances and the purchase hanging by a thread, the whole team were fantastic at reassuring me and made sure everything was up to date so we were ready to go as soon as possible.
