Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and on Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm. We are closed on Sundays.How do you handle unexpected repair costs or additional services needed?

I reversed my van into a fence post, back door and bumper were damaged as a result. Took it to Taylors Vehicle Repairs, and i was provided with a courtesy car for the duration of the van repairs. They did a fabulous job of it, and you wouldn't have a clue that it had been damaged at all! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, including the receptionist (Sharon) who i drove mad throughout the time my van was in due to my persistent nagging!!
