- Lied about property details - Vendor cancelled viewing but these lot forgot to tell me so I turned up to a viewing that was cancelled - Property consultant barely at work and seems to have various reasons they aren’t in the office (blame it on health but told me on the quiet they were on holiday) - Incompetent staff manning the phones and organising viewings - Incompetent Mortgage advisor in branch who has barely any availability, failed to submit mortgage application and blamed it on IT issues and has lied to head office about the situation. - Branch manager who is inconsiderate, rude, bullish with a fragile ego. - You can’t get hold of anyone if you want something but if they want something, they hound you. - Lied about what vendor was saying (They didn’t know I was speaking to the vendor privately). - Property Consultant revealed to me all offers from previous bidders which is illegal. - Property Consultant organised multiple viewings at the same time. At one point there was three separate viewings all standing in the kitchen listening in to what should have been private conversations. Have had to raise a complaint and go to Financial Ombudsman who is upholding my complaint. They are an absolute shambles! Stay clear. Trust me, you don’t want the stress.
