Finally found a hairdresser who has managed to get my hair the colour I want it, yay. Want ashy blonde but kept getting golden blonde. Thanks to the legend that is Will at Taylors in Rayleigh I'm finally getting nearer to the colour I desire. 2 more visits I reckon and it will be perfect. He really did work a miracle though as I had a lot of dark root regrowth with many grey hairs and a couple of white patches. Am now beautifully blonde and I love it. Very impressed and happy with the service from this salon. I needed my hair dyed brown for a friends wedding tomorrow and my appointment at the Southend salon got cancelled. I received a phone call asking if I wanted to reschedule and to my surprise they could fit me in today with Alice. I was so relieved as I needed my hair dyed urgently. I ended up being late to my appointment due to traffic and apologised but Alice said it was completely fine. She is a true angel and did an excellent job on my hair, I’m so happy with it! I used Taylors for the first time today with Lily and she was amazing! Not only did she do exactly what I wanted even though I was bad at explaining it, she curled it to perfection at the end. She explained everything as she was doing it, and was really considerate of my allergies too which was lovely. Everyone here was very friendly and smiley and I cant wait to come back!
