Absolutely terrible organisation. Bought a new build from them, roof was poorly lined which lead to leaks, NHBC accepted the claim for Taylor Wimpey (TW) to come and fix in Dec 2022, however we’re now in March 23’ and still not heard anything. They continue to ignore calls and emails from both myself and the NHBC agent. The house is not in a suitable condition. Disgusting behaviour to simply ignore.

I have rated this one star because there isn't a lower rating. This is how the Kitchen cupboards are installed now, and yes, it's my fault that I haven't reported it and the two-year warranty ( one covid that they never came to see anything)? What happens if that falls on my kids or me and kills someone? Why am I responsible for hiring someone to install things in the house properly I was sold? I feel so sad and angry at the same time. BTW this is only one kitchen cupboard. Now you can see none of them is appropriately installed.
