Very poor customer service , sales team said in January you will get the house in August first week but it's September no news when we are getting the house they are having some trouble with council but not telling customer truth that why council did that because of their fault ,just manipulating the customer with talk and emails ..not happy with the service 😠😤 very depressing process.not happy at all.

Taylor Wimpey have been amazing. Alex in the office has gone above and beyond for us, answering even the most silly questions. It’s never any trouble for him. The office staff are fast responding and eggar to help. The builders are fantastic and the site looks great. We are so thankful and happy with our new home. Highly recommend the Shaw Valley team. Thanks heaps - 10/10

Taylor Wimpey does the marketing as if this property is situated in London. They have no appointments, and when we visited the site was like a dead city. The sales people are trying to manipulate and specify a unworthy value for the properties. The houses looks cheap and poor. Don't get caught to marketing tricks as the sales person will sell a rubbish house overvalued to you, as if that's the last house in the world. Totally is a bad deal spending all your hard earned money and buying a poor quality overvalued house at Shaw Valley (Newbury)
