Awful customer service Julia curry and Jon I had dealings with. They have nothing more than unprofessional bullies working for them. I’m shocked how they are in a job but all I can say it reflects on their team and the reviews speak from themselves. Rather than diffuse a situation they push to fight you, I have never come across this before Julia being a director is someone who wants to fight you. Her team reflect her own behaviour negative and a fighting nature that will cost the company more on the long run. This lady clearly has issues and again reflects in her ability to not be able to diffuse situations. She sent me over some of my contact on her own back and threatened me with it , when they were more than in breach of their own contract rather than speak to the legal team she was too busy playing her games. I think it’s concerning this company has these types of people working for them. They hide this from higher in the organisation shocking behaviour stay away! Reviews speak for themselves

Called number shown in email. Unsurprisingly NO REPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Answer machine only. NEXT rang main switchboard at Manchester. WASTE OF TIME TOO..............ANOTHER ANSWER MACHINE. THANK GOODNESS my enquiry was not urgent. WHAT A WAY TO RUN A (supposedly) BIG FIRM.....as I say at the top....absolute rubbish
