The insides of the show homes are very nice indeed. However, the exterior of the houses are let down by excessive discoloration of the brickwork (efflorescence) and rather poor exterior detailing. I think it's a great site let down by a lack of attention to detail.

Do not be so stupid to buy a home from this development. Everything is completed to such a poor standard. The site agents are rude, ignorant, not interested in helping you one bit. Even the managers above the site staff aren’t interested in hearing you out when you have any concerns. They're all in a little clique and have no interest what so ever with customers. They try and justify 6 inch nails sticking out the ground in your garden - not worried about children or pets clearly. That’s just one thing out of 50. It’s been painful trying to get snags completed. If you’re looking for a new home, my advice is don’t buy one here.
