Absolutely appalled with this company. The paperwork wasn't explained at all, the worst bit is that they tried to charge £380 in extra fees that we has already opted out of (will-making service) or weren't applicable to us (fee to exchange and complete within 10 days of each other which we didn't!). So many additional hidden costs, please be wary of this and check your invoice as this was the only reason I found out. It took so long to exchange and complete even though we are first time buyers and there was no chain. We only used this company as we were recommended by the estate agents and we feel so let down, you'd think paying their high fees would get you a better service but clearly not. Also we were told we had a share of the freehold but found out after moving in that the other flat owners are still fighting to get the freehold transferred to them, surely the solicitors should have picked up on this? So disappointed with the service, what a waste of money.

Non-existent service, poor attention to detail, name spelt wrong, told to cross out incorrect names on legal papers and not sure what their standard fee covers as everything was an extra and charged me for advice not needed or asked for! Total bill £2000 higher than previous sale & purchase. Have complained but no response. Will be contacting the SRA. No transparency on fees. Estate agent pushed them on us, obviously getting a commission.
