Honestly not great. We went with Taylor and Emmet as they were recommended by our estate agent and when our buyer also went with the same solicitors we thought this would be smoothly handled. Turns out this was not the case. Our buyers had informed their side that they needed to move by a certain date as their rental agreement was not being renewed. This was not passed onto us at all, so when we finally found out from the buyers themselves (3 months down the line) it was a lot of stress to both sides, for us to find a rental to move into and for the buyers who had to be out by a certain date with potentially nowhere to move to either. If T&M had maybe picked up the phone and informed their colleagues in the other office maybe this would have been less stress for both parties involved.
