I have got some glasses from a big store that the nose pads had broke on & went in to see if they can help - even though the glasses weren’t from their store they fixed them the same day & didn’t want any money for doing it so I just made a small donation to the charity box for air ambulance instead. A lady I met out while shopping I loved her glasses & she said she had them from here - I will be coming here when my next eye test is due a lovely store

Cannot fault these opticians, they are always friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. My family and I have used them for nearly 30 years, moved to Stafford but we still come back for our eye examination. A big mention to Elisha who examined both my daughter and my eyes very thoroughly and to Lin and Donna for also performed some tests on my eyes keep up the good work.

Today I have been for my annual eye test. From going through the door,having scans, thorough to the eye test and choosing glasses everything was personal and professional. Tracy explains everything clearly and easily understood. The girls Sophie,Donna,Lin and Dixie were truthful with my new frame selection and making my visit a happy one. I have been taking my daughter to Taylor & Biddle since she was 2 1/2, she has Down's Syndrome & needed specialised glasses that were going to fit her as regular glasses just don't fit her facial features. The staff went above & beyond to source different types of glasses that suit children with DS & Erins World were found to be the best fit & we've stuck with that style ever since. As she's grown we have had to move to bifocals so she can see to read aswell as see distance & again the service was 5*. All the staff from front desk Donna, Dixie & Lin making appointments or keeping us upto date if we've had to wait as sometimes frames have had to come from America, to Sarah taking the time to dispense her glasses & ensuring her glasses fit correctly & adjust them as & when needed as has Donna. All the ladies are just lovely & take the time to chat to Millie & make not her but me feel welcome which in turn makes our experience a great one over the 7 years we've been going. So if you want a warm & friendly service with great expertise of what they do then I would highly recommend Taylor & Biddle.

A great experience from start to finish. All staff I came into contact with were polite, courteous and friendly. The staff acted professionally and were clearly knowledgeable. At no point was I kept waiting. They actively listened and ensured my questions were answered. Tom was particularly helpful, with great advice on the type of frame and lens that was suitable for me. Highly recommended.
