Booked a taxi for this 6.10am this morning and asked for a confirmation text but they told me and I quote: "there is no need, the taxi will be at your door at 6.10am". By 6:15am i called them asking about my taxi that is not at my door. They told me to call another company as they didn't want to waste my time as the driver is probably sleeping. Of course now, with no confirmation I can't really prove nothing neither do a formal complaint. Absolute rubbish. If you want something relyable don't use this company.
