Run to Manchester Airport was great. Picked up on time, thanks Mark, and delivered in good time. However, return was a nightmare. Different driver who stayed in car park and would not come and meet us. After several phone calls we eventually found him in a different car park. Poor service to two lost and weary travellers.

2nd time using this taxi firm an will not use again if I can help it, had a really horrible driver this morning is name began with m can’t remember of my heart was really rude I didn’t have cash so went to cash machine because couldn’t pay by card which I had no problem with as I got to the destination I was £3 short from a £23:50 journey which is a 15min journey so expensive an he demanded I gave him the other £3 an he said to pay the other £3 by card strangely so why couldn’t I pay by card to start with!

Would just like to thank taximan for their high understanding and excellent service when I used them back in November, was at Derby Royal hospital seeking mental health help after a breakdown but to no avail, rang taximan saying I need picking up from the said hospital and that I'm really struggling mentally and lady on switch so so understanding and sympathetic over my situation and I explained am autistic and ADHD so she sent a driver who had alot of time and was really friendly, didn't get the switch ladies name but the driver was Kev and drove a bronze Kia ceed estate (19 plate) picked me up from Derby hospital within 10-15 minutes of my call, we had a good chat and listened to some great music on radio and he was so understanding and sympathetic about what I was going through as I was in a crisis I felt so much better after my ride home with Kev, was even happy to stop at cash point upon arriving back in Ilkeston as I had no cash on me and even reduced the fare. All on all I just wanted to share my experience and what a difference this made to what was a really bad day for me. Thank you so much taximan! Ash

£22, Shipley to Eastwood!!!!! Black Prius 65 reg. Taximan must stop letting these pakistani drivers from Derby and Nottingham doing their work, nothing but bad news, dirty disgusting men. Always ripping people off, get rid off these bad apples, ilson folk will not tolerate Sadly the increasing number of poor Asian drivers on this firm is diminishing the quality of service. The Asians, (Pakistanis) are always overcharging and taximan management do nothing about it.
