    Crooks! Fake reviews! They don’t inform you of anything until problems arise! Read clearly through the contracts and what you are signing that’s how they make you liable for everything! This is the first taxi rental company I came across actually screwing over their drivers as their drivers aren’t made aware of any possible issues! They give you the car dirty with no fuel and with needing repairs only for you to realise the next day! but already paid and signed!? They are a cash only business!! NO form of electronic payment available! No receipts as well because apparently they only do yearly invoices!? Rent PER vehicle is almost a £thousand CASH every month for 2013-14 plate Priuses and still the driver is responsible to pay for tyres, bulbs and wiper blades, EVEN if the driver only had the car for a couple months. Wear and tear and maintenance are drivers responsibility which no other company push, other than damaged or punctured tyres!? They push on repairs with new drivers! Their cars are Japanese imports so any repairs, your waiting for parts to arrive which can take days and still expected to pay weekly rent even though the car is in their own garage! £1000!! excess MUST be paid regardless of fault or non fault and that’s IF THEY WANT to make a claim for you on THEIR POLICY otherwise the driver is left responsible to pay for car damages! They only claim if it’s major damage!! Even if you have all evidence of third party! Any wear and tear on their vehicles means you lose deposit or driver MUST repair!! Any minor scratches, ANYTHING! No other LEGITIMATE! Taxi rental company has policies as harsh as this even though drivers are paying a PREMIUM for cars that won’t even be licensed by councils in the next year!!
