Absolutely awful company. Ordered a cab at 1:35pm this got cancelled and they didn’t even tell me, I had to call and then they looked into it and sent another which then by 3:20pm turns up but my partner was no longer there after 2 HOURS of waiting, I couldn’t get hold of him because his phone was dead, so now this is effecting me getting a refund of nearly £200 because I booked a long journey. I would avoid at all costs, absolutely awful.
