Like other reviewers I booked a 14day skip hire. They delivered on Friday 7th October. Without knocking or attempting to make any contact, they turned up and removed the skip on Thursday 20th October. they even moved materials stacked against the skip waiting to be put in. We had not finished loading the skip and when I rang I was told that a week runs from Friday to Thursday?? When I explained that I had paid for 14 day skip hire, I was told that they wont explain themselves and hung up.

Was told to order a skip online to get the discount, had to add a date for pickup which was only 2 weeks away from drop off, but clarified this over the phone and was told we could have the skip for longer. They collected a half empty skip today! terrible service. will not use again. Response to your reply, My husband called and spoke to someone who said we could have the skip for longer!! therefor no need to call again and confirm this? surely? just a way of making money and providing a poor service. I should have used Collards Service: Trash removal & disposal
