Not so much a reflection on the school as I have never visited. Reason for the lower stars is the parents in cars at the bus turn around who just pull out into the road once they have dropped their child off. Needs addressing before there's an accident.

Teachers in this school do not know how not to be biased. They do not understand what differentiation is all about. The term “Extenuating Circumstances” is unknown here. The teachers are not as good as the school. The school has a system in place which keeps them at the top of the league table. Overall, the school is good for the majority of the students and better than all other schools in Blackburn. However, if your child is special/different, she will suffer if you don’t support her. Some members of the management team are excellent, and I hope this review will help them take steps to address these problems.
