I’ve always been a super fan of Tatty Devine, and a proud owner of many of their necklaces. But was seriously astounded by the poor customer service in the store today. These pieces are not cheap, and one broke after wearing it once. That can happen of course, but I was told on phone to come to store, and when I arrived to the store told to go home and call customer support. My alternative request (drill a hole elsewhere) was denied as it did not have permission from the artist…?? Then received comment I should’ve called first before making my way to the store 🤷♀️ wow. Really disappointed by rudeness of store staff, which has put me off buying here again. Shame!
