    I made an appointment via Instagram at the beginning March. Paid a deposit and the appointment was confirmed for later in the month. I turned up for my appointment for tattoo removal and was told there was no appointment made for me. I showed my messages about the booking and deposit to the receptionist. The person who helped me was really lovely and apologetic and said it wasn’t the first time this has happened even on that same day. I had to wait for about an hour for the tattoo removal person to arrive which I had agreed to do as I paid to travel all the way there and didn’t want to waste my journey. The hygeine of the appointment was questionable, the person did not change their gloves during the appointment even after touching various items, I felt like it was a bit awkward and I didn’t really feel like I was put at ease either. The shop did give me a discount for the trouble and the person on reception was really lovely. But I won’t be returning due to the bad organisation and the bad experience of the tattoo removal process. Service: Tattoo removal

    Great experience! Came here to get a couple more piercings in my ears. I didn’t catch the piercers name unfortunately but he was so friendly and professional! Made sure I was happy with the placement of everything and put me at ease. Had a bit of an accident where the day after I got my helix piercing, I lost the ball of the earring when I was cleaning it through my own fault entirely, went back to the studio where he immediately replaced the ball and screwed it back on for me at no cost. Can’t fault the customer service at all. Thank you so much and I will be back soon for more!! 😊
