When I conceptualised the idea for my QR tattoo I knew it would be difficult to make it a reality. I contacted Tattoo Inc because my wife had a piece done there and I was impressed with its level of detail. Before Stuart started the work, we talked about the complexity of the design, and he tried to approach it with a printed stencil. However, he wasn’t satisfied with how it transferred onto my skin and decided to hand-draw the stencil instead. We both were anxious for it to work and it showed how much he cared about his craft and that he wanted this project to be a success. Needless to say, it was a mentally intense session for both us, and required a lot of Stuart’s focus and concentration. Finally, when it was done the moment of truth approached! Stuart scanned the code and voilà it took him to its destination. The two of us were so relieved and chuffed it worked. I was extremely impressed with Stuart’s skills and how he managed to pull this off. I recommend Tattoo Inc to everyone who’s looking to have detailed and precise designs turned into a reality! Been to Stu before for some additional work on a tattoo done elsewhere., so had no issues going back for some new bespoke pieces. We talked in the weeks leading up to my appointment and looked at some ideas that I wanted to have done. Stu then sent me back som ideas and they were top class. Settled on one design and left it at that. Arrived on the day, went through the necessary health and safety checks, then had a quick chat about the designs. One was nailed on and after a chat opted for a different variation of the theme, but that will be getting carried out on another visit as the design I was having done was pretty complex and time consuming. We set about getting it done, Stu always makes sure you are comfortable and if breaks are needed then he is more than willing to accommodate this. I think we may have stopped for less than ten minutes during the session, which was about 5 hours. Stu is very approachable and easy to chat to, we did chat, but similarly we also left the chat for periods as I didn't want to put him off his work. The end result is a fantastic piece and I couldn't be happier with the result, incredibly excited about the new piece in a few months.
