Loved this park! It was huge, with plenty of things to do for the whole family. Staff were brilliant wherever we were in the park. We will be returning next year! Haven’t stayed as yet however I booked two sites for the start of the 4th June returning on the 9th which fell on a day I couldn’t miss. Long story short Dawn Mitchell presented professional customer service and due to the time frame explained it could be unlikely to switch the dates / combine but she popped me on hold and spoke with her manager and was able to combine the dates and monies for a 4 night stay. Thank you Dawn, for understanding being clear and going above and beyond! I can’t wait to come and stay at Away Resorts an additional review will follow..
