Wife had an extremely rude encounter over phone with an agent over viewing of a property today morning. The agent was curt and disinterested in showing the house and brushed her off saying the property is unlikely to be there for viewing in 2 days time. If this was case, they should not have advertised it online in the first place. Going ahead with another property and never using this agency again.

Francesca in the Muswell Hill branch has been nothing short of amazing. She has been actively working on my chain since day 1 and has quite literally been the only agent monitoring progress, dealing with queries and building relationships with all parties and being the only person throughout who has been 'on the ball' with this. She's planned for all scenarios and forced other reluctant members in the chain to come up with plan Bs etc, in the event they'd be needed, which they were. She has established and maintained genuine relationships with everyone such that she was able to do her job effectively. Before I found the property I fell in love with, she patiently viewed other properties with me and in my view, went above and beyond in somehow finding me the property of my dreams, after I had been searching for over a year. I know this is her job, but this is my life. She has made a real difference to me and my future life and I can never thank her enough for that. I'd also like to commend the rest of the Muswell Hill team, particularly Marco and Daniel, who I've also interacted with and have been so supportive of everything, when Francesca was not around.
