So after placing a bad review I decided to re edit due to the fact there was probably a lack of communication on both sides regarding time wise. I have to give credit where it is due & I can honestly say that they went beyond correcting any minor mishaps. One apology goes a long way, and not only was I contacted directly and in such quick time I had numerous apologies from the gentleman on the desk which was dealing with the repair and Selina who also contacted me directly and within the exact time she stated to sort the entire thing out straight away & Both were extremely friendly, and very polite and professional so I can only leave a positive review. Not everyone is perfect and we can't always get it right including myself.

Made an appointment for repairs through Peugeot customer services. Tates refused to do the work. Waited many weeks for this appointment. Vehicle not usable. Disgraceful service. In response to Tates service department, I received a call from your service department, initiated by Peugeot customer services. The type of vehicle was fully discussed and the appointment made with me personally. It was made known that it was a long wheel base Peugeot boxer window van converted by Auto Sleeper. I look forward to your new service facility being completed and it being able to accommodate my Motor Home.
