Normal gentleman at the counter, on the phone. No problem as that's how takeaways work. Patiently waited, phone put down looked at me ... yes was his question.. I replied hello and placed my order, "£6:60" was the returned conversation... I asked please may I have a menu... "no" was returned... "no" I said puzzled.... "next week" he replied, disappeared around back, came back 2 mins later, obv warmed up in microwave. Amazed to get a few more cylables as a bit late for a politish goodbye.... if u want good customer service best to go elsewhere. which I will be doing in the future

Absolutely god owfull salt and chollie ribs and chow main. Ribs was black and burnt and absolutely no meat on them. When I called to complain I was told to send a photo to the shop and never gave me a mobil number. After explaining I have thrown them in the bin becouse I have been at work for 16 hours. He said if I want a refund I have to pay the delivery charge 4-5⭐ revoews. I wouldn't bother lifting the phone
