Full of random, shockingly unreliable people. I had more cancellations than actual upheld appointments for flat cleaning (and I live in London, so it's not remote outback). I suspect there is zero vetting and zero consequences for tradespeople who miss their appointments.

Unreliable service. Fake reviews. Unhelpful customer support. Booked a specialist to assemble my furniture. The specialist had more than 150 excellent reviews. I've given all the details about the job prior the visit. The tasker was 2 hrs late which he notified me about when on the agreed time he didn't showed up. When he showed up, he looked at the job and said: I'm leaving. And he left. When I explained the situation to CS and asked to leave my honest review under the tasker profile, TASKRABBIT refused to do so. The platform lives for a comission they can take from the completed tasks meaning the more tasks comleted the more they get. They don't care about your safety, about something that you have planned and I doubt that they have any responsibilities of something will go wrong on the day of the appitment.

I booked a Tasker called Samuel H to cut my lawn and sweep some leaves from a massive tree in my garden (a 2 hour job max). He sends me his mobile number and asks for photos of my garden. I send him a pic and he starts trying to upsell because of the weeds, telling me that it'll be minimum £80 and £20 for removal, but he's advertised at £15 per hour on the app! Told TR via live chat and because he's tried to hustle me on WhatsApp instead of on their platform, they can't do anything to him. Needless to say I cancelled the booking and deleted the app. Avoid.
