Absheer from displayed a brilliant level of service standard, I would give the place an 11/10. He was quick to assist me as it was my first time in London and first time using a dry cleaning service. He provided a comfortable environment by making small talks here and there to ease my tension as I was nervous because it was my first experience with dry cleaning in a foreign country no less. Taskon Dry Cleaning has truly trained their staff well, and the equipment are well maintained.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!! I had the worst experience at Taskon Dry Cleaning and will no longer be bringing my business. I suggest everyone avoid it and save yourself from the headache and frustration. The shopkeep is extremely rude. I went to get two pairs of trousers shortened and there wasn't a place to change nor was there a full-length mirror to ensure the trousers were folded/pinned to the desirable length. I had to stand on a store bench in order to use the only hanging mirror in the store. This was very untraditional but I went along with the process. The shopkeep took measurements without care and said the tailor would do the work. He also made a derogatory comment about how he was "sure this was different from how things were done in America." As I was trying on my trousers, the shopkeep smirked and made fun by asking whether the pants I had on were actually mine or whether they were someone else's. All of his comments were bizarre and offensive. I ended up leaving one pair for shortening since I was having doubts about the measurements for the second pair and didn't want the trousers ruined. I asked when I could pick up the trousers and he informed me that it could be done same day but that the tailor has just come back from surgery and I shouldn't put such pressure on him. I was appalled since I was not pressuring the tailor to do the work and his comment was completely unwarranted. I offered to go elsewhere since the tailor wasn't well and this guy was being frustratingly difficult. The shopkeep then responded by saying the tailor would do the work and I was now putting pressure on him. At this point, I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible so I paid and left. I have regrets leaving my trousers with this hostile and disrespectful shell of a person. I will not be returning with any more business. Services: Alterations, Clothing alterations & repairs
