Gave An iftar Package to poor families via taskforce glm but took extra £20 by clicking a link, been trying contact glm for refund of £20 for over a week via emails and phone calls, no results so far, had to contact my bank to resolve this issue still in process. Very poor service, no customer care at all. They lack proper governorship. Made me feel depressed and feel like they just wanted my money no sympathy at all. One star green lane. It sorted now so change from 1 star to 5 stars
